Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details entered in the form, such as your name, email, phone and project description. For store orders, we collect the delivery details and products needed to process the order.

How it is used

We use inquiry details to respond to project requests and order information to review, process and arrange fulfillment. We do not require card details for cash-on-delivery orders. Access is limited to the website administrators and the parties involved in fulfilling delivery.

Storage and contact

Submitted data is stored in the website's MySQL database. Contact admin@muneej.com if you need to request a correction or deletion of details held by the company, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
